Rio has gained practical experience in the legal field through internships and support roles with law firms and legal organizations in New Orleans. Her experience includes assisting attorneys and paralegals with document preparation, case organization, evidence gathering, and filing. She has provided support in matters related to asylum, employment authorization, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), conducting research, organizing files, and assisting with client documentation under supervision.
Fluent in Spanish, Rio has experience translating legal documents and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients in a professional setting. He is detail-oriented and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, helping to ensure that information is accurately conveyed and properly documented. His administrative experience also includes preparing legal packages, managing case files, tracking payments, and coordinating communications with courts and clients.
